To add a user to your Rotessa account, navigate to the users page by clicking Users under Admin in the menu and select the user. Click Delete User to delete the user account and Issue Password Reset to send an email to the user with a secure link for them to update their password.
To change the bank account your settlements deposit in, navigate to the users page by clicking Users under Admin in the menu and click on the Invite New User button. Enter your updated account information in the Settlement Bank Account area. Scroll down and click Save Account Information on the bottom-right of your screen.
